My stay at the hotel was delightful. The rooms were very spacious with good furniture and super decent and comfortable bed mattresses, making my sleep so relaxing. The service was top-notch, especially thanks to Mr Karam and Mr Ihab, who were so friendly and attentive. The location was great, near Soho square where I could easily access shops and enjoy the clean pools. However, the dining experience was somewhat average and catered more towards a specific clientele. Overall, a wonderful experience with a few minor drawbacks.

The hotel is superbly located near SOHO Square and just a stone's throw away from Neama Bay and the airport. The rooms are spacious, modern, and spotlessly clean while the staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. However, the pushy behavior to vacate rooms slightly before checkout time could be improved. The dining experience, although delicious, could offer a greater variety of menu options. The overall facilities are top-notch, offering a truly luxurious experience.

I had a lovely stay at the hotel with very clean and organized rooms offering nice views. However, being right by the jacuzzi area meant hearing people talking, and the fan or AC was quite loud in the room, making it less relaxing.

The hotel rooms were initially spacious and clean during the first two days, providing a lovely and comfortable stay with cozy beds. However, the furniture could use an update, and the lunch options, especially the pasta, were not pleasant. Some staff members, particularly towards Egyptian residents, lacked a friendly attitude. Despite not having a beach on-site, guests can easily access Savoy Beach within a 5-minute walk.
